GutMatter operates cloud kitchens and physical food outlets across Bangalore, and facilitates B2B partnerships, corporate food solutions, international brand market entry into India, and export of Indian food brands and products globally. Menu availability, pricing, delivery areas, and outlet operating hours are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by location and delivery partner platform.

Orders placed through third-party food delivery aggregators (such as Swiggy or Zomato) are also subject to that platform's own terms of service, in addition to these Terms.

04Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by GutMatter or the relevant outlet
• Prices displayed are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout, and are subject to change
• Payments made through our website or partner platforms are processed via secure, RBI-authorised third-party payment gateways; GutMatter does not store your full card or banking credentials
• In the event of a failed transaction where an amount has been debited, refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe as per the payment gateway's policies
• Cancellation and refund eligibility for food orders may vary based on order status and outlet discretion, given the perishable nature of food products
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information at the time of ordering

05Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the GutMatter name, logo, brand marks, text, graphics, images, menus, and design — is the property of GutMatter F&B LLP or its licensors, and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Trademarks and brand names of our franchise, import, and export partners referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification purposes only.

06B2B & Franchise Enquiry Terms

Enquiries submitted through our website regarding corporate food solutions, cloud kitchen partnerships, brand import, or export opportunities do not constitute a binding agreement. Any such partnership, franchise, distribution, or supply arrangement will be governed by a separate, signed agreement between GutMatter and the relevant party, which will set out specific commercial terms, obligations, and conditions.

07Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GutMatter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, including but not limited to delays in delivery, unavailability of menu items, or issues arising from third-party delivery aggregator platforms. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law, including in relation to food safety obligations under the FSSAI framework.

08Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GutMatter F&B LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

09Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of our website or services, or your access to them, at any time and without liability, including for maintenance, business, or legal reasons.

10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
